In today’s global and digital world, dressing to impress is more important than ever.

In fact, I’d like to tell you a little something about me and how it’s so worth it to dress appropriately for your circumstances  — and to always look your best. My sister was invited to a very special event, and asked me to accompany her as her “plus one.” The person who invited her is a real Lady, holding the British title of honor that had been bestowed upon her family by the government of Great Britain. Plus, this person was hosting a special event that included a baroness among the guests, so I knew I wanted to dress just right. In other words, I needed to look absolutely brilliant, at the same time fitting in with the style and decorum of the guests. It was going to be a beautiful event! I don’t have to tell you how happy I was to be able to attend. However, I didn’t know who else who was going to be there, and this was my very first time attending this type of event with such a distinguished hostess and guests

My strategy? Dress to the nines! Be ready for anything, and anyone. Be fashionable and fabulous, but suited to the formality of an international occasion. So I wore a multi-colored Haori in orange, pink, and green. A Haori is a Japanese jacket that is similar to a Kimono, reaching to the hip or thigh, so I had a lot of fun blending this traditional Japanese piece into a fashionable outfit that was suitable for international nobility. I matched the Haori with harem pants and pink and green high heels. As I entered the room, I saw that it was an absolutely amazing venue, and that my instincts had been spot on. I was so happy that I had prepared for an important but styled event, because that is exactly what I walked into.

So what happened? I got noticed. People saw my outfit, and they saw it as a reflection of me. In fact, an Oriental broker was fascinated by my Haori. And the baroness absolutely loved my shoes. She kept mentioning that I would leave without my shoes so that she could have them for herself! Well, those shoes cost me only £ 45. My grandmother used to say that you need to dress for the life that you want — not the life that you have. It was something that she instilled in all her grandchildren while we were growing up. And that’s exactly what I did.

If I did it for myself, I can do it for you.  So here’s what makes me qualified to dress you: I have a wealth of experience working with all types of clients to achieve their wardrobe goals — whether they’re preparing to re-enter the job market, or getting ready to be the belle of the ball.

And let’s not forget my qualifications. I have years of experience as an international stylist. I work with clothes from every price range, whether they come from discount outlets, the high streets of London, or the exclusive fashion houses of Paris. My unique ability to put together an outfit with components coming from multiple sources to fit the occasion is what I count on for myself, and what my clients know and trust about me. To put it simply, working as a stylist is my passion. It’s what I live and breathe. It’s something instinctual. And it’s a part of me to make people look great and feel even better — everywhere they go.
